Last fortnight's query of A 6 year old with increasing jaundice for a month, pallor, positive Hepatitis A test, thrombocytopenia and fever with chills has tested negative for malaria, dengue, leptospirosis, autoimmune disease, brucella and even enteric fever. What is the likely diagnosis? Most of the readers have suggested Hemophagocytosis and Wilson’s disease.
