I am looking for diet advice for my daughters, aged 8, weight 62 pounds, height 4' 3" and 9, weight 107, height 4' 7" They stopped eating all meat, fish, poultry about 6 weeks ago. They do eat diary, but one hates eggs. The other hates peanut butter. I wonder if they can get enough protein. I am trying to get complimentary proteins like legumes with grains, but am not making very good progress. What are the daily requirements for protein in this age group?
