Dear Sir, I have child(male) . From birth his anal system does not work . He has no anal system . His anus is close . We took him bangladesh shishu hospital . they make a operation and made a line on right side of belly for filth out . they just join the great intestines means anal line there . We took him for a operation for making him cure from this to mitford hospital under a child surgeon specialist. he does a operation . but in case of accident and his wrong decision the operation go in vein . we loss . Now my child is 8 years old . we want to cure him by operation . after operation we took my child to a diagnostic centre they told us his intestine became short for operation . Now we are in anxiety . what happened to my child ? How can be he cured ? Please help us .Where can we take him for operation ? We heard about calcutta research centre and christian missionaries hospital in madras(Chennai). but how can we take decision where we take him for operation . Please help me . I am child's father . I want cure of my child .

My son,Age-16 months,was sometimes having blood stains in stools.He did not have any Constipation or Diarrhoea. However once passing the stool the Rectum came out in a shape of red grape. We took him to a surgeon who pushed it back by applying some jelly medicine.He prescribed stool softener medicine and suggested it may be polyps and can be removed along with endoscopy .We want to know whether it is Prolapse of Rectum or Polyps.Is immediate surgery required or can we wait with` some medicine.Are their similar cases with infants.Why has it occurred and if change in diet is required.

Sir, My baby who is just one month old has got a problem in intestine, which is diagnosed as "Pyloris" as doctors told that this a problem in small intestine and a part of small intestine has got thick and it is congenital. Sir there is no pediatric surgeon over here even in Jhasi medical college and private as well so please advise me what i should do. Sir i have lost tow child before so sir i am very worried please give advise as soon as possible
